How do I purchase an NFT?
- Browse our gallery and select the NFT you want
- Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Send the specified ETH amount to our wallet address
- Paste your transaction hash and receiving wallet address
- We'll verify the payment and transfer your NFT within 24-48 hours
What wallet do I need?
You need an Ethereum-compatible wallet that can hold ERC-721 tokens (NFTs). Popular options include MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, and Rainbow.
How long does delivery take?
After your payment is verified on the Ethereum blockchain, your NFT will be transferred to your wallet within 24-48 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final. Please ensure you're purchasing the correct NFT before completing your transaction.
I sent payment but haven't received my NFT
If it's been less than 48 hours, please be patient as we process all orders manually. If it's been more than 48 hours, please contact us through the Contact page with your transaction hash and wallet address.
Can I resell my NFT?
Yes! Once you own a ReaLifeNFT, you can freely trade or sell it on any NFT marketplace that supports ERC-721 tokens, such as OpenSea or Blur.
What blockchain are the NFTs on?
All ReaLifeNFTs are minted on the Ethereum mainnet as ERC-721 tokens.
Are there gas fees?
Yes, when sending ETH to purchase an NFT, you'll need to pay Ethereum network gas fees. The gas fee amount varies depending on network congestion.
How do I view my NFT?
After receiving your NFT, you can view it in your wallet app, on OpenSea by connecting your wallet, or on any NFT viewer that supports Ethereum NFTs.
